We will keep your information for a period of six months if you are unsuccessful in your application for a position with us. If you applied for a role in Northern Ireland we will keep your information for three years to comply with statutory reporting requirements. If you are recruited to work for us, your information will be kept for the duration of your employment and subsequently as required in accordance with GamCare’s Data Protection and Data Retention policies (which are available to staff).
Personal data will only be transferred outside of the EU in compliance with the conditions for transfer set out in Chapter V of GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations) and other relevant data protection legislative requirements which require appropriate safeguards to be put in place.
